Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the drivers and the bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly and absurd way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.
Generally, the bus drivers do not stop the bus at the fixed stop. The rather disdain the travellers and stop before or after the bus-stop so the passengers have to run after the bus. The passenger hardly approaches the bus when they start. In this way, many commuters fall and feel a lot of irritation and insult.
No less irresponsible is the behavior of conductors. They never bother to check whether the passengers have got into bus or not and are bent on blowing the whistle. The bus moves while passengers have hardly one foot on the foot board. This leads to the passengers falling and sustaining injuries.
They forget the elementary duties of the conductors and behave indecently. They show no courtesy and sympathy for the senior citizens and the ladies.
It is therefore my humble suggestion that before their recruitment, the drivers and the conductors must be taught how to deal with the passengers. Presently, they must be instructed and advised suitably to end their way and also surprise checkings in this respect be done.

I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of one of your bus drivers. I was not able to obtain his name, but I believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information.

I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behaviour of bus conductor or employees working under our kind control. Very often they treat the passenger with complete disgust, disregard, Disguise, and hated. They behave with them insolently and use unparliamentary languages. Towards the senior citizens and the ladies, they are never courteous. Most often they fail to climb the bus and fall on the road causing a severe accident.
